Hi Ken and Jennifer, I have had my lights out before and if they are the same, sounds like it, they are a sealed unit. To remove you need a paint scaper to puts between the light and the black plastic frame. There are tabs top and bottom centre of each light, By pushing the scraper in it releases the tab. I released the top and used the scaper to lever the top,out. then the bottom comes out as you pivot the top. It is nerve racking as you think they will break. I recall Tom saying that the manufacturer was near them and they were just over $ 100 each to replace Hope that makes sense Regards
