  1. Our Vitron Centaur charger died on the week-end. Just would no power up. Contacted distributor Banbridge and got reply "As the charger is over 5 years old there is no replacement parts/service so you will have to purchase a new one." Phone call confirmed over 5 years old and fails there is no service. You have to buy a new one. I refuse to buy another of same brand in case of similiar situation . Visited Tom at Kedron and he supplied a different brand that they have used for a few years without incidents. Rob Les

    Tyres

I have my order confirmed this arvo for the new Bridgestone 694 in the original size of 285/65/17LT. The light truckversion is to arrive at the wharf in Brisbane this Sunday. WA and Vic already have got their stock in the last two weeks. I am staying with the original size as I am happy with the diff ration etc. This tyre is rated higher than the 120 as against the 116 OE and am told by a friend's son who is in management in Bridgestone SA that this tyre has been purpose built for 200 bearing in mind towing heavy vans. 3. I have one of the first 200 series and previously a 100 series with a Tinnie Tosser. Glen from Tinnie Tosser was able to successfully modify this unit to fit the 200. I have travelled across the top of Australia with the Tinnie Tosser now on a number of occasions on most of the roads the Gall Boys take. If you e-mail Glen from Tinnie Tosser he could send you photos of mine and the complete new one he makes for the 200. Mine has carried a 3.5 seajay nomad for more than 30,000km without having to adjust at any time on any of our famous dirt roads. REgards LesRob
  4. Have just filled up the 200 series for the third time. This time 995km and 107litres of diesel. Combination of highway and brisbane running but also keeping in mind economy.
  5. Just a note to let anyone know who are thinking of upgrading to the new 200 series and have a tinnie tosser boat loader it can be modified quite easily by Glenn from Tinnie Tosser to fit the new 200 series. You don't have to get a new one made. The feet are in a different location to the 100 series and he has been able to modify it so as not the interfer with the new spoiler on the back door.
