Hi Rod & Jen, We have had the same problem. It was caused by the filter on the tap (where the water comes out) being blocked with a white material from the decomposition of the hot water system anode. Our fix is to unscrew this filter, clean it, flush the tap with filter removed.....then replace filter and all is good for a while. Hope this works for you. Ron & Viv
