HI Mickanann welcome to the forum. A little bit more information is needed to try to solve your problem. How much is in your batteries, how much going in with full sun on panels and if drained can you connect to power either generator or plug to recharge. How old are the batteries. Try reset button your solar controller. Then we might be able to assist. In the meantime checkout your bible and read the instructions re your solar charging. Cheers Merv
