Fieldsie
G'day Everybody, We plan to travel the Gibb River Road around the end of July this year. We will leave Brisbane around mid March, spend a little time around Limmen Nat Park and Lorella Springs before going direct to Kunnanurra. After a brief restock we will take a few weeks to cross the Gibb to Broome. We did the trip a few years ago and loved it. This time we will take a few diversions to Mornington Bird Sanctuary and to the Mitchell Falls. We will probably leave our van at Drysdale Station and tent it to the Mitchell. From there it will be down the west coast of WA for a few weeks before tuning back east to take on the Central Hwy to Uluru and the Alice. (Either that or cross the Nullabor again) From there it will either be a detour around Lake Eyre and up the Birdsville Track or Maybe the Strezleki Track then back home to Brissy at about the end of October. Any suggestions on places to see and things to do on this trip wold be greatly appreciated.John and Sandra
