INGREDIENTS :

500gr Fish Fillets Diced

2 Teaspoons "Asia At Home" Red curry Paste

2 Teaspoons Conimex Hot Chilli Paste

1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce

1 Cup Diced Spring Onion's

400gr Coconut Milk

1 Red Capsicum Diced

Rice

METHOD :

Mix all ingrediant's in a Wok or Pot & Heat thru

Add diced Fish & Cook for 5 Min

Serve on a Bed of Rice
