Deb and Geoff
Geoff and I just had four weeks in Cape York ( July 08) During our overnight stop in Lakefield National park we had a visit from a fresh water Croc just metres from the van , As this was on our way up the Cape it made us aware and alert of our surroundings every overnight stop we made. RegardsDeb Stuart

Deb and Geoff
There's a variety of places to stay over through Lakefield National park from the very basic with just a clearing or bush around you to sites with ammenities , Suggest a visit to Cooktowm Information centre to grab some brochures and maps of that area .Have a great trip , We loved it  Deb
