Hi all

Just a note to tell about a happy outcome with a problem on the van.

We had a problem when we first took delivery of our van with water getting into the tail lights (LED's).

Kedron replaced the faulty lights within the first 6 months no problems.

After the very wet Noosa North trip all the tail lights were again full of water and many LED's not working.

I Contacted the Aussie distributors (by E-mail) from the web addy on the lights and told them of our problem.

This mail was answered within 1 hour giving the name and contact # of the local agents for the lights and the assurance that they would be replaced under warranty (van was purchased 2005).

Long story shortened, rang the agents made an appointment after removing the defective lights and they were exchanged on the spot. I fitted them that afternoon ,happy ending.
