  1. Hi we will be travelling WA from north to south between early August to mid September. Looking forward to it!
  2. Hi Colin I fitted ironman coils to Gu patrol with KYB shocks. I put 500kg coils on rear. Travels and handles well. Tows XcCountry extremely well. No sway or feeling of loss of control. 10000km later I,m now putting front left camber kit in. Muz and Jen
  3. Hi Steve & Kez, Interested to read that Kedron re-rated your van. How did you achieve that? We have upgraded our axles to 3200kg and have a 3500 Alko hitch but our ATM is 2300kg. So I am seeking to get it re-rated. Spoke to Kedron but no joy so was wondering what process you went through? Thanks, Muz

Hi Graham and Wendy, we really appreciated hearing of your trip and recent conditions. We have decided to do what you did, plan GRR but check conditions and other's experiences when we arrive.

Thank you for your welcome! Your tips are really appreciated and Jen will look after the jars as you suggested. Your comments have encouraged us to do the GRR. We were thrilled to discover the KOG and have already learnt a lot from past posts - very informative.

    NW WA trip

Our first time big circuit starts in April 2013. We are in the planning stage for 6 months on the road. When we reach WA in July, we have a choice of Gibb River Rd or the highway to Broome. Both look interesting - can anyone suggest which is the best route for us in our van? Then, once in Broome, I have read some awful reviews on the camping and caravan parks there. Any suggestions?
