Blueheeler
Hi John & Jo, There are two products that can be used and these are Wicked Metal Polish and the other one is Purple. Thes can be purchased from most Auto shops and Truck accessary shops. I haven't used the Purple product but quite a few other members have and they say it's alright.Regards.Kingy :Australia:

JETnomads
Ours just gets washed with pink Handy Andy. Still looks great after 5 years of sun. Doesn't seem to need much else on the white. The checker plate is just now starting to look a little tired though.CheersJody
TonyH
Hi John & Jo,Cleaning the van....oh what fun, but doesnt it look great when you have finished...nearly as good, as Ann does at the factory! To knock off the heavy stuff I use the trusty Gernie, especially arond all the sharp edges of the side boxes & awning mount points etc...saves leaving blood everywhere....then mix up a batch of truck wash & use a good old fashioned scrubbing brush, works a treat. Very important to remove the bulk of the dirt first before rubbing or scrubbing as you will more than likely scratch the checkerplate. The Gernie is also good for removing the impregnated dirt in the sealant around the windows etc....but be careful using the Gernie in these ares as prolonged application could damage/dislodge the sealant. Care should also be taken when using near the decals.Tony H19'6" ATV #848LC 200 Diesel with twin hair dryers

lynda and len
We have just come home from 4 months away Darwin, King Ash Bay, Karumba where there was plenty of red dirt.We used jiff cream cleanser (just household bottle from woolies) this time to clean the van and it was much easier then others we have used no harsh scratching, seem to clean the checker plate better as well as the white sides. The gerni too off course.I found it very easy ......watching Len clean the van. Len and Lynda
