Leon Brown Posted September 7, 2016 Report Posted September 7, 2016 Hi all Has anyone upgraded their shocks to remove/reduce the bounce that occurs on rough roads. In particular the front end. I would be interested to know what shocks you used and their cost/ effectiveness. I have 2014 Silverado crew cab with Z71 pack ( but the shocks look like standard factory fit.) thanks Leon Quote

Paul Posted July 15, 2017 Report Posted July 15, 2017 I've used both Bilsteins and Fox (both out of the states) on the Rams and f250's I've owned. Made an immediate difference and were quite cheap. the very best were Kings (us) but poisonous price. Great shocks though. havent had a Chev but all were 3/4 t same as Silverado. Plenty specialist stores can give good unbiased advice in states. Quote
Laurie and Helen Posted July 29, 2017 Report Posted July 29, 2017 I use Old Man Emu from ARB on mine, rides well. Quote
