sellinup
Hi AllWe are new to forum, my name is Mal and the wifey is kerry, at the moment we have out business on the market, and then we will sell our house to pursue our dream of travelling around australia. we have been looking at lots of vans and are very keen on the kedrons, we would like to do a bit of off road, we have been to factory and sales yard and were impressed how well they are manufactured. We decided that the ATV 19.6 inside would possibly be the one we would choose. The only thing that was of concern was they only offered a 12 month warranty, have any one had dramas with sameHappy thoughtsMal and Kerry :helpsmilie:
TonyH
Hi Mal,Can I suggest you keep your eye out for a Kedron Van in your travels, have a yarn to the owner of the van & hear what they have to say about any warranty issues or other problems with their van even after many years of ownership....... :thumbsup:Looking forward to meeting you, down the road one day in your Kedron! Webby
We researched many off-road vans before buying our Kedron - so basically bought it on it's merits. The after sales service and support from Kedron themselves was an added bonus
Laurie and Helen
Mal and Kerry,We are on our second Kedron, the first unit we purchased was a used van from the Kedron yard and our new baby has just arrived from the factory. Our experience with the crew at the factory and yard has been excellent. As long as you are honest with what you have done, or what has happened and are patient the after sales service is like nothing you would find at any other van supplier. cheers
Chris
We are also onto our second Kedron. Obviously the quality of the van was the biggest issue for us, but (as Webby says) the generous attitude by the Kedron team was an added bonus. We have always treated them with respect, and in return have been given incredible after sale support. Even after three years, when we had a problem with a hot water heater (the old Truma unit) Kedron repaired it by installing a new unit at the cost of the labour only. I think they badgered Truma into providing the unit.Other repair work they have simply done free of charge, stating "that shouldn't have happened, so we will fix it".Chris
Tolley
Hello Mal and Kerry,We took delivery of our TE in the middle of October. Since then we have clocked up about 4000 km. When we took delivery, the team at Kedron told us that we would probably have some little teething issues but if and when we did they would be there to support us. They were right. The odd small thing has occured and the support from Kedron has been fantastic. Like others, we did our research before purchasing. Kedron won by a country mile. This site and the KOG is evidence of the quality of the product and the loyalty of the customers/owners/.One last thing. When you go to the factory and discover that the tradesman working on your van or tow vehicle is either one of the Gall boys or is an employee who has been there for a long time, you know that this is a special company and special product. We are just delighted with our van.Colin & Gayleen
ATV42
Hi there Mal and KerryI would agree with all the previous comments. We have had our ATV for two just over 6 1/2 years and wouldn't change it. We had a water leak in a window recently and took our van out to see the Gall Boys; they fixed it on the spot free of charge while I had a cup of coffee. With service like that, it's no wonder there are plenty of happy Kedron owners out there. You really need to do your homework regarding the layout etc. Talk to as many other owners as you can. Hope to see you on the road.Peter & Margaret.
sellinup
Thank you all for your comments and advice, it all hinges on the sale of our business, but Kedron is 99.9% our choice, yes the layout will be important , as we are planning to sell everything up, it will be our home, and we will be living in it for as long as our bodies will allow us.Happy thoughtsMal and kerry
